Registration process

①Please fill in the necessary information in the form below and submit it.

② Please transfer the participation fee to the designated bank account within 14 days of submitting the form.

Tama Shinkin Bank, Machida Branch 0021429 Ballet Connection.
Please make sure to write the participant's name and age as of February 22, 2026 when making the transfer, not the name of the parent or guardian.
Example: Yamada Hanako 13 *If Yamada Hanako is 13 years old

Classical Ballet Category : 35,000 yen
Those who participated in Ballet Connection in Tokyo 2025: 34,000 yen
*Please enter your 2025 entry number when applying. Please note that the discount will not be applied if you do not enter your entry number.

Contemporary
If you enter the Classical Dance Division in addition to your own work, the entry fee is 10,000 yen.
If you enter the Classical Dance Division in addition to your own work, and use a work provided by BC, the entry fee is 20,000 yen.
If you enter the Conte Dance Division only, the entry fee is 25,000 yen.
If you enter the Conte Dance Division only, and use a work provided by BC, the entry fee is 35,000 yen.

Classical Ballet Workshop/Audition Class (Pre-Audition)
Audition class: 10,000 yen
WS(Competition participants): 6,000 yen
WS(Non-competition participants): 10,000 yen

③The secretariat will confirm the transfer and send you an email confirming your application within two weeks.

④You will receive an email confirming your application is complete.

*You cannot apply for multiple people at the same time. Please make sure to apply for each person individually.

*Please transfer the participation fee to the designated bank account within 14 days of applying. If we are unable to confirm the payment, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 20 days of submitting your application, your application will be deemed invalid.
